Traffic Slowed Down after Bellingham Collision
BELLINGHAM, WA (October 16, 2019) – A semi-truck accident on Mount Baker Highway stalled morning traffic near Britton Road on October 9.
The incident affected traffic around three hours after a semi-truck crashed into a utility pole and overturned near Britton Road.
The collision knocked down power lines in the area and shut down lanes of travel for around one hour.
The crash happened just before 7:00 a.m.
A WSDOT North Traffic Tweet stated that at 7:16 a.m., the collision shut down all lanes on Highway 542. It’s still unknown when the lanes will reopen.
