DOWNEY, CA (October 11, 2020) – Friday morning, a multi-vehicle accident on 5 Freeway and Lakewood Boulevard stalled traffic.
 
The incident happened just before 6:00 a.m. on 5 Freeway and Lake Boulevard.
 
As of this time, the cause of the crash is still unclear. However, the collision sent debris onto the freeway. The incident also led authorities to issue a SigAlert for all southbound lanes.
