Violent Traffic Crash on Juan Tabo Boulevard Under Investigation [Albuquerque, NM]

Albuquerque, NM (September 28, 2024) On Friday evening, at least 2 vehicles were involved in a violent traffic crash on Juan Tabo Boulevard.

According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the traffic collision happened at about 6 p.m. in the 760 block of Juan Tabo Boulevard NE.

Reports say that authorities discovered that the collision involved at least two vehicles: a silver SUV and a motorcycle.

The conditions of the motorcycle rider and the SUV driver remain unknown at this time.

The crash prompted the closure of southbound Juan Tabo Blvd between Marquette and Grand from 6:00 PM until approximately 9:00 PM, as APD conducted an active investigation at the scene.

Authorities are investigating the horrific crash and have not released additional information at this time.
