The Washington State Department of Transportation say that the high-speed crash with injuries happened north of the SR 99 tunnel.

Officials say that a man in his 30s was driving at high-speed and struck a parked vehicle. The speeding vehicle had 4 occupants and all were treated by medics onsite, afterward, 3 people were taken to the hospital.

Seattle PD arrested the driver of the speeding vehicle.

Authorities say that Dexter Avenue was closed at 2:05 a.m. and the lanes reopened at around 7:20 a.m.
