Rollover Traffic Accident on Alameda Avenue Results in Injuries [Socorro, TX]

Socorro, TX (August 16, 2024) On Thursday morning, 2 drivers were hurt after a terrifying rollover accident on Alameda Avenue.

According to the Socorro Police Department (Socorro PD), the 2-vehicle collision happened around 5:37 a.m. at the intersection of Alameda Avenue and Oden Drive.

Reports say that the collision involved an eastbound truck rolling over into oncoming traffic and colliding with another vehicle, the crash caused the second vehicle to burst into flames.

Authorities say that both drivers were able to exit their vehicles, medics say that both drivers sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital.

Officials are investigating the 2-vehicle collision and have not released further details t this time.
