1 Arrested after San Diego Car Accident on Norstad Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 27, 2019) – Authorities arrested a woman after an alleged DUI accident on Norstad Street on October 23.
The 46-year-old Tracy Kabonge driving an SUV crashed into a house. Luckily, no one is inside the house during the crash.
San Diego police Public Affairs Officer Billy Hernandez revealed that the incident occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. on Norstad Street near Palm Avenue.
Hernandez added that the Tracy Kabonge sheared a fire hydrant near the intersection before ramming into the house.
Authorities arrested her after she tried to escape on foot. Kabonge’s booked into jail on suspicion of DUI and hit-and-run.
