TRACY, CA – One Killed in Rollover Crash on Kasson Road

Afternoon Rollover Crash on Kasson Road in Tracy Leaves One Person Dead

 
TRACY, CA (January 21, 2019) – One person was killed following a rollover crash Monday afternoon in Tracy, CHP officials said.
 
The fatal crash happened around 4:47 p.m. at 25603 Kasson Road.
 
According to an initial report by the California Highway Patrol, a small sedan rolled over about 50 feet off the roadway. Fire crews responded to the scene and extricated the driver who was still inside the overturned car.
 
CPR and life-saving measures were performed on the victim, but unsuccessful. The unidentified driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
 
The overturned car was towed away for evidence.
 
It is unknown if drugs and/or alcohol have played a role in the crash. Further investigation is underway.
