NATIONAL CITY, CA (April 4, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, a tow-truck driver suffered injuries in a crash on Interstate 805 near 43rd Street.
 
The incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. Reports said that a tow truck traveled on the right-hand shoulder of northbound I-805 between the 43rd and 47th street exits. As the truck lead a disabled Dodge Charger, a gray Honda CRV hit the Charger. As a result, the Charger went on top of the tow truck.
 
Meanwhile, a witness confirmed that the Honda driver had been speeding in and out of traffic.
 
Also, the driver was at the door of his truck when the Honda crashed into the Charger. Then, the force of the crash knocked him several feet.
 
Also, the drivers suffered minor injuries.
