SANTA CRUZ, CA (November 28, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, authorities arrested Todd Carter after an alarming DUI crash on Windham Street and Seabright Avenue.

The incident happened around 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Windham Street and Seabright Avenue.

According to the Santa Cruz Police, a vehicle lost control and crashed into a tree.

Moreover, responders transported the male driver and a female passenger of the vehicle to a hospital with critical injuries.
