Timothy Splinter Dies in Auto-Pedestrian Crash on 35th Avenue and McDowell Road in Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (May 11, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, 61-year-old Timothy Splinter died in a crash on 35th Avenue and McDowell Road.
The fatal auto-pedestrian crash in Phoenix happened at approximately 4:30 a.m. on May 10.
Phoenix Police said an oncoming vehicle struck the pedestrian while crossing the road mid-block.
He died at the crash scene.
Investigators said speed or impairment are not believed to be a factor in the collision.
