Injuries Reported in Boone County Auto Accident on Route 63 near McComas Road
BOONE COUNTY, MO (July 23, 2024) – Sunday morning, Timothy Luntsford and 3 others sustained injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Route 63.
The incident happened at around 1:00 a.m. on Route 63 near McComas Road.
According to reports, a northbound car rear-ended another vehicle driven by 24-year-old Laramie Hergert, then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, authorities transported four occupants of the second vehicle, identified as Luntsford, Brittany Nickerson, and two juveniles, to University Hospital with minor injuries.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
Due to limited information, the Highway Patrol continued to investigate the crash.
