Timothy Dwaine Livingston Arrested in Fatal Collision on Interstate 35 [Laredo, TX]

2 Killed in I-35 Traffic Crash

Laredo, TX (March 30, 2024) – Timothy Dwaine Livingston, 46, of Del Rio, was arrested in a fatal collision on Interstate 35 Wednesday night.

It was about 8:04 p.m. on March 27 when the deadly crash happened near mile marker 57.

DPS officers said a Ford Fusion driven by Livingston lost control while evading traffic authorities due to human smuggling. As a result, the vehicle rolled over and ejected two passengers.

The authorities confirmed the two ejected passengers lost their lives in this collision.

Livingston was transported to a hospital with incapacitating injuries.

Officers arrested Livingston with charges of human smuggling causing death. They booked him into into La Salle County Jail.

Texas DPS is investigating this fatal crash.
