Thurman Swift Injured in Vehicle Crash on Route Z [Johnson County. MO]

Johnson County, MO (September 10, 2024) – 36-year-old Thurman Swift was involved in a pedestrian accident on Route Z Saturday afternoon.

Troopers said Thurman Swift was driving a northbound passenger vehicle that drove off Route Z near 900 Road and struck a concrete culvert. 

Immediately, the medical team rushed a nine-year-old female passenger to Children’s Mercy Hospital with moderate injuries while Swift was transported with minor injuries.  

The authorities are investigating the traffic crash.
