Highway 154 Crash in Santa Ynez Sends 3 People to Hospital

 
SANTA YNEZ, CA (October 2, 2019) — Three people suffered injuries in a Highway 154 crash in Santa Ynez Valley Saturday night.
 
According to the Santa Barbara County fire officials, two vehicles collided on Highway 154 at Roblar Avenue at about 11:00 p.m. As a result, one of the vehicles went off the road while the other overturned.
 
The firefighters had to use the Jaws of Life to extricate two injured parties. On the other hand, the third person was able to get out of the vehicle on their own. The medics transported all three to the hospital with moderate injuries.
 
The California Highway Patrol shut down Highway 154 after the crash as they investigated.
