Lily Utley Injured in South Las Posas Road Hit-and-Run Crash [San Marcos, CA]

San Marcos, CA (September 03, 2021) – On Friday, at least three, including 17-year-old Lily Utley, suffered injuries in South Las Posas Road hit-and-run crash.

It was at about 2:45 a.m. when the accident happened at the intersection with La Mirada Drive.

 Investigating officers said a white sedan T-boned an oncoming vehicle.

Then, one vehicle burst into fire and the driver that collided with Utley’s vehicle fled from the scene.

Immediately, rescuers took the sedan’s three occupants to area hospitals with critical injuries.

There is no description of the driver as of yet. The assailant remains at large.

As a result, the police are still investigating the South Las Posas Road hit-and-run crash.

Meanwhile Lily’s mother maintains that her daughter made a miracle recovery, what with only a 30% chance of surviving, according to doctors.
