It is always important to learn how to drive safely and defensively. It is recommended to assume that other motorists will not follow the rules of the road. This will help you prepare for unexpected situations and hopefully allow you to react if the other motorist makes a reckless move. Defensive driving and expecting the worst in a situation may help you avoid a collision.
