Motorcyclist Killed in Collision with Bicyclist on Live Oak Canyon Road
TRABUCO CANYON, CA (August 24, 2019) – Authorities identified 21-year-old Thomas Foroughi of Orange as the motorcyclist killed in a crash at Monastery Road, Saturday evening.
According to the Orange County Fire Authority, the incident happened in the 19900 block of Live Oak Canyon Road, at about 6:00 PM. Due to unknown reasons, a motorcycle collided with a bicycle. Then, the motorcycle crashed into a tree.
Unfortunately, Foroughi suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. Meanwhile, the condition of the bicyclist remains unknown.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the fatal collision. Witnesses are encouraged to cooperate with investigators as soon as possible. Officials will release additional information once it becomes available.
