One Person Hospitalized after Crash on Highway 50 in Sacramento
Sacramento, CA (March 1, 2023) – Wednesday morning, one person sustained injuries in a crash on Highway 50 involving a Tesla and a truck.
The crash on Highway 50 in Sacramento happened around 7:30 a.m. on March 1.
Sacramento Police said a truck for a solar company struck a Tesla, causing both vehicles to catch fire. The fire burned the Tesla down to its frame.
EMS transported one patient to a hospital with minor injuries. It was not immediately clear whether that person was inside the Tesla or the truck.
