BAKERSFIELD, CA (February 21, 2023) – Monday morning, Terrel Williams sustained injuries in a deadly single-vehicle crash on Highway 99 near Highway 166.

According to reports, a northbound 2003 Nissan Sentra traveling at a high rate of speed made an unsafe turn. Then, the vehicle lost control off the roadway and into the right shoulder where it rolled over into its roof.
