26-Year-Old Man Struck and Injured by Car on I-205 N near NE 134th Street
VANCOUVER, WA (March 20, 2018) – A man was struck and injured in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident on the northbound Interstate 205 near the Northeast 134th Street off-ramp, late Tuesday night.
According to reports, 26-year-old Terrance Laboo was walking south on the northbound lanes around 10:26 PM, when he was hit by a northbound vehicle. The driver continued going after the collision, fleeing from the scene.
Laboo sustained a fractured leg and multiple other injuries from the impact, and was taken to the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center for treatment. There is no update on his current condition at this time.
Authorities continue to search for the hit-and-run driver and the vehicle involved. Evidence collected in investigation, suggests that the suspect vehicle is a dark purple SUV, or small pickup truck.
