Morning Head-On Crash in Fair Oaks Kills One Driver

 
FAIR OAKS, CA (August 12, 2019) – A woman died in a head-on crash Monday morning in Fair Oaks, according to the California Highway Patrol.
 
The crash happened around 6:30 a.m. near the intersection of Fair Oaks Boulevard and New York Avenue. CHP officers responded to the scene and found a sedan and a pickup truck that appeared to have collided head-on.
 
Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available. However, one of the drivers died as a result of the crash.
 
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Teri Lewis, 55.
