Port Orchard, WA (July 20, 2024) On Wednesday, a horrific solo-car crash on Pine Road led to the death of a teen girl and an 18-year-old getting hospitalized.
According to South Kitsap Fire and Rescue, the fatal car crash happened on the 700 block of SE Pine Road.
Reports say that a 2007 Subaru Impreza overturned after speeding down the street before going airborne and crashing into several trees.
Officials say that a female teen passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 18-year-old male driver was taken to the hospital.
Authorities are conducting an investigation and have not released further information at this time.
