1 Killed in Tulare County Pedestrian Accident on Highway 198 and Road 182
TULARE COUNTY, CA (August 10, 2022) – Tuesday morning, a teen died in a pedestrian crash on Highway 198 and Road 182.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened at around 4:00 a.m. on Highway 198 and Road 182.
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck an 18-year-old male as he stand in the fast lane for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, responders pronounced the teen dead at the scene. Also, the 51-year-old female driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries in the incident.
Meanwhile, authorities closed one eastbound lane of the highway to give way to the investigation.
