Clovis, CA (March 7, 2024) – A teen was injured following a scooter accident on Willow Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

The Clovis Police Department officers received the accident report at 3:19 p.m. at the intersection with Sierra Avenue.

Troopers said a teenager on a scooter the street when they got struck by a vehicle. 

Right away, the medical team rushed the teen to the hospital and is in critical condition.

The involved driver remained at the crash scene. 

In the meantime, officers are investigating this traffic accident. They do not suspect alcohol or drugs as a factor.
