Tecle Ande Killed in Jefferson Boulevard Traffic Accident [Los Angeles, CA]

Los Angeles, CA (February 20, 2023) – On Friday night, Tecle Ande, 76, of Santa Monica, sustained fatal injuries following a Jefferson Boulevard traffic accident.

The traffic crash took place at about 7:22 p.m. Friday at the intersection with Hobart Boulevard in the Adams-Normandie neighborhood.

Investigating officers said a vehicle struck Ande while he was crossing the street outside of a crosswalk.

Unfortunately, he died at the accident scene.

The driver involved in the accident remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

LAPD is investigating the Hobart Boulevard accident.
