1 Killed in San Luis Obispo County Pedestrian Accident on Highway 101 near Tefft Street
SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, CA (September 12, 2022) – On Friday, a deadly crash on Highway 101 near Tefft Street involved Taylor Michio.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on Highway 101 near Tefft Street.
Reports revealed that a northbound 2010 Toyota Prius struck a pedestrian crossing the northbound lanes of the highway. Also, authorities said that the Prius driver, 21-year-old Taylor Michio attempted to swerve to the right to avoid the collision but to no avail.
Moreover, officials confirmed that the victim sustained fatal injuries and died in the crash.
