How Taylon Perez’s Family May Proceed
Roadways, while scrupulously created and mapped for efficient travel, are one of the most dangerous settings. As a matter of fact, auto accidents are a major public health threat, and they are a leading cause of death for individuals ages 5-75.
It is important that the families of victims know they can take action amongst such tragic circumstance by filing a wrongful death suit.
“The aftermath of devastating accidents can make things very difficult for a family. The last thing most families want to do at this time is deal with paperwork, questions from insurance carriers, or attempt to obtain police reports. Grieving and handling legal claims do not go hand in hand. Therefore, having legal representation after such devastation will provide your family the space to heal, while ensuring that justice is brought to your loved one,” says Mark Sweet, a seasoned attorney at Sweet Lawyers.
