Three Children Injured in Fatal San Antonio Crash on I-10 West
San Antonio, TX (January 30, 2023) – On Sunday, Tanya Hernandez, 37, died and three others sustained injuries in an Interstate 10 collision.
The fatal crash took place past 3:30 p.m. near Crossroads Boulevard underneath the highway.
Officers immediately responded to the scene and found a person already dead.
Moreover, the paramedics rushed the injured passengers, three children, to the hospital with critical injuries.
The authorities later revealed the decedent swerved into a guardrail attempting to avoid a speeding motorcyclist that cut her off. Police closed the I-10 west during the investigation of the fatal accident.
Ms. Hernandez drove a Chevy Tahoe, and San Antonio police continue their search for the motorcyclist who caused the deadly crash.
