Taniya Rocha Hospitalized in Victorville DUI Accident
VICTORVILLE, CA (April 30, 2019) – Early Tuesday morning, Taniya Rocha was injured in a car accident on Bear Valley Road.
According to the Victorville Police Department, the crash happened around 1:30 AM between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. First responders arrived to the area shortly after.
As per reports, 29-year-old Jeremy Hernandez from Apple Valley was driving north on Bear Valley Road. There, his 2005 Jeep swerved off the roadway before striking a nearby power pole.
Rocha, a passenger in the Jeep, sustained abrasions, bruising and chest pain as a result of the accident. She was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment and evaluation. However, her current medical condition is unclear at this time.
Authorities later arrested Hernandez for driving under the influence and causing bodily injury. In addition, he was booked at High Desert Detention Center.
