1 Hospitalized in Kent Traffic Accident
Kent, WA (October 15, 2023) – A 36-year-old Tacoma man sustained injuries following a State Route 167 DUI collision just before 3 a.m. Sunday.
Investigating officers said a 48-year-old Renton man was southbound on the freeway when he moved right and struck a vehicle. The vehicle that was hit then rolled over into a nearby ditch.
The Tacoma man who was in the car sustained injuries and was transported to the Valley Medical Center.
Washington State Patrol said they believe the suspect driver was drunk at the time. The driver is facing vehicular assault charges.
