Tabitha Rushing Fatally Struck in in Oxnard Pedestrian Accident on Gonzales Road
OXNARD, CA (April 15, 2021) – Monday night, Tabitha Rushing, 39, died in a pedestrian crash on Gonzales Road near Victoria Avenue.
According to California Highway Patrol, the incident happened just before midnight.
Moreover, it happened on Gonzales Road between Harbor Boulevard and Victoria Avenue, in the unincorporated area of Oxnard.
Furthermore, CHP confirmed that a female pedestrian died in the crash.
They believe the woman, Ms. Rushing, was homeless.
Ultimately, the coroner ruled the cause of her death as accidental, and she died of blunt force injuries.
