CHP Arrests Possible DUI Driver in Head-On Collision near Buck Run Lane
Madera County, CA (July 3, 2023) On Saturday evening, a suspected DUI crash on Lucky Lane results in injuries.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) says that a head-on collision happened at about 7:30 p.m. near Buck Run Lane.
Reports say that a man on a GMC Sierra veered off towards the opposite lane and crashed head-on with a Dodge Challenger.
Officials say that the collision injured the Dodge’s driver and female passenger on the GMC, while the male driver of the GMC suffered a broken ankle.
Medics airlifted the GMC driver to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment, after officers arrested the man for suspected DUI.
