Suspect Throws Gun Before Fleeing in Crash on Armstrong Avenue and Silver Lake Boulevard
Silver Lake, CA (April 23, 2021) – Police are looking for a suspect in a two-vehicle crash on Armstrong Avenue on Wednesday morning.
The incident took place on April 21 on Armstrong Avenue and Silver Lake Boulevard around 9 a.m.
Officials responded to the incident after receiving reports of a traffic collision involving two vehicles. LAPD Officer Norma Eisenman said that the call also requested an ambulance.
The suspect reportedly threw a gun before fleeing the scene. Police described him as a six-foot-tall male Latino wearing a white shirt and black pants.
Furthermore, he was not wearing shoes at the time of the incident and has a tattoo on his head.
Moreover, a report said that the crash is a possible case of grand theft auto however, police haven’t confirmed it yet.
