LOS ANGELES, CA (September 27, 2020) – Friday, authorities arrested a suspect after a chase ended in a crash on Foothill Freeway.
 
According to reports, authorities tried to stop a speeding Chevrolet pickup truck around 7:15 p.m. The incident happened on the northbound San Diego (405) Freeway, near Artesia Boulevard, said CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig.
 
As the pursuit continued, the suspect struck several vehicles on the San Diego Freeway and eastbound Foothill Freeway.
 
Then, the vehicle struck a truck and another car on the Foothill Freeway while trying to pass between them. Afterward, the vehicle crashed against the freeway’s barrier.
 
Then, the suspect pulled over on the freeway around 7:45 p.m. near Wheatland Avenue in Lake View Terrace. He went out of his pickup truck and started running against traffic on the freeway.
 
As he approached CHP units, he fell to the ground. Meanwhile, reports revealed that officers used a taser.
 
Furthermore, the authorities haven’t confirmed any injuries.
