Injuries Reported in Napa Multi-Vehicle Accident on Highway 221
NAPA, CA (May 17, 2022) – Friday night, authorities arrested Susan Perryhinkle in a three-vehicle crash on Highway 221.
The incident happened at 8:45 p.m. on Highway 221. According to reports, 68-year-old Susan K. Perryhinkle of Sausalito drove a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe south on Highway 221. Then, she approached two vehicles that stopped at the Highway 29 intersection. Afterward, the Tahoe rear-ended a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Afterward, it was pushed into a 2014 Toyota Camry.
