According to reports, police arrested two people after a police chase incident near Enumclaw.

The reports showed that a deputy noticed a car parked very close to a gated property and stopped to check it out.

The car then rammed the gate and shoved the car into reverse and hit the deputy’s patrol car. It then sped from the scene and the deputy gave chase.

The high-speed pursuit went for about five miles before deputies were able to stop the car near 212th Ave SE and SE 436th street in Enumclaw.

Deputies learned the car had been stolen from Puyallup tribal land, according to Abbott. A man and a woman were arrested. Abbott said the deputy was uninjured in the incident.
