66-Year-Old Menlo Park Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident near Grandview Drive
WOODSIDE, CA (September 9, 2018) – A man was killed Sunday evening following a motorcycle accident near Grandview Drive. The victim was later identified by the San Mateo County Coroner’s Office as 66-year-old Stephen Morse of Menlo Park.
As per reports, the incident took place at about 6:45 PM. For unknown reasons, the victim’s motorcycle collided head-on with a pickup truck along Highway 84.
The impact of the collision fatally injured Morse, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup truck remained and cooperated with investigators.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the events that led to the fatal crash and to identify possible contributing factors.
