42-Year-Old Stephen Debow Killed in Polk Avenue Pedestrian Accident [San Diego, CA]

San Diego, CA (November 28, 2023) – 42-year-old Stephen Debow of Del Mar sustained fatal injuries following a Polk Avenue pedestrian accident Tuesday night.

Debow was hit by a vehicle in the area of Utah Street in North Park. 

The paramedics took Debow to Scripps Mercy Hospital where he died Monday shortly before 3:30 a.m.

San Diego Police is investigating this fatal collision.
