State Route 3 2-Car Crash Injures Olympia Driver [Mason County, WA]

2 Belfair Residents Hurt in Traffic Collision on Johns Prairie Road

Mason County, WA (October 31, 2022) On Sunday morning, a 2-car crash on State Route 3 seriously injured a 69-year-old Olympia man.

Reports say that the traffic collision happened at around 12:10 a.m. at eastbound Johns Prairie Road.

According to Washington State Patrol say that a vehicle driven by a a 31-year-old Belfair man pulled out in front of the southbound Olympia driver.

Moreover, the collision caused a vehicle to block the southbound lane and the other vehicle blocking the northbound lane.

Officials say that the Belfair man was with a 10-year-old boy in his vehicle. Both Belfair residents sustained injuries, however none were taken to a hospital.

Meanwhile, authorities say that the Olympia man sustained injuries. Paramedics airlifted the Olympia man to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
