PHOENIX, AZ (July 15, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, authorities reported injuries following a startling two-vehicle crash on State Route 74 and Castle Hot Springs Road.

The incident happened on State Route 74 at Castle Hot Springs Road, near Milepost 19.

According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the crash involved a tour bus and a second vehicle.

The Phoenix Fire Department transported at least seven people to a hospital with unknown injuries.

As a result of the crash, authorities closed State Route 74 to give way to responders. All lanes have long since reopened.
