2 People Hurt in Salado Traffic Accident on FM 2484

SALADO, TX (August 27, 2023) – Thursday morning, a startling two-vehicle crash on FM 2484 injured two people.

The incident happened at around 8:09 a.m. on FM 2484.

According to Salado VFD Chief Jim Franz, he heard a crash involving a small pickup truck and a passenger car while responding to a different incident. Reports revealed that an eastbound pickup truck collided with a passenger car that turned right onto FM 2484 in front of the truck.

Moreover, responders transported two people to Scott & White Hospital in Temple with non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
