TEMPE, AZ (May 20, 2024) – On Sunday, a startling traffic crash on 48th Street and Southern Avenue injured two people.

The incident happened near the intersection of 48th Street and Southern Avenue.

According to the Tempe Police Department, three vehicles collided in the area for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders transported two adult to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed the intersection, but has long since reopened.
