TYLER, TX (July 10, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, a startling traffic crash on 4500 South Broadway Avenue injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 3:20 p.m. in the 4500 block of South Broadway Avenue

According to Tyler Police Department PIO Andy Erbaugh, a vehicle struck a bus stop, and a woman sitting on it for still unknown reasons. Then, the vehicle continued traveling through a parking lot and struck a parked vehicle in front of a bagel store.

Moreover, responders rushed a woman who was sitting at the bus stop, to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
