AUSTIN, TX (October 21, 2024) – Saturday night, a person suffered injuries in a startling tow truck crash on N Mopac Expressway.

The incident happened just before 11:00 p.m. on N Mopac Expressway near the Arbortoreum Shopping Center.

According to reports, a car struck a tow truck, pinning one person inside their vehicle following the crash.

Medics rescued the individual and transported them to Dell Seton Medical Center, where they are being treated for critical, life-threatening injuries.
