DOWNEY, CA (January 16, 2024) – Last week, a startling solo vehicle crash on 9353 Imperial Highway injured 3 people.

The incident happened at around 8:37 p.m. last January 10th, on 9353 Imperial Highway.

Officers confirmed that after a white sedan crashed into a tree, at least three people required hospitalization.

Meanwhile, Downey Firefighters responded after receiving reports of the car catching fire.

When they arrived, they located a vehicle in flames, with several people lying on the ground.

Moreover, during the crash, three people occupied the vehicle. However, the authorities haven’t clarified if they were pulled from the burning car or able to exit by themselves

Also, the crash shut down both directions of Imperial Highway between Bellflower Boulevard & Ardis Avenue as police investigate
