The Paso Robles police revealed that the crash occurred at 6:15 p.m. on Cedarwood Drive and Teak Drive.

According to reports, the crash happened as an 8-year-old boy rode a self-propelled scooter.

Meanwhile, investigators revealed that a car traveled at 10-15 mph. Meanwhile, the boy probably failed to look for vehicles before trying to cross the street.
