Reports said that the incident occurred at around 5:46 p.m. on southbound Winchester Boulevard near Chapman Drive.

A white sedan crashed into a tree and overturned, with the city’s police department reporting that an “underaged, unlicensed driver” was at the wheel. The driver, a 15-year-old without a valid permit, was accompanied by an adult woman in the passenger seat. The woman was taken to the hospital and is now in stable condition, according to Campbell police.
