Injuries Reported in Los Angeles Auto Accident near Sheldon Street and Roscoe Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (April 11, 2024) – Wednesday, a startling police chase crash near Sheldon Street and Roscoe Boulevard injured 2 people.
The incident happened at about 12:45 p.m. near Sheldon Street and Roscoe Boulevard. According to reports, the police pursuit involved an alleged reckless driver which ended in a fiery crash.
Officers pursued a gray BMW at about 12:45 p.m. with the suspect driving at a high rate of speed near Sheldon Street and Roscoe Boulevard, said the Los Angeles Police Department.
Reports revealed that the BMW collided moments later in the 12000 block of West Emelita Street, where the suspect crashed with another vehicle, leading to a fiery crash.
Responders took the male suspect and the other motorist, a woman, to hospitals.
According to reports, the female driver complained of pain in an arm. Meanwhile, the suspect was being pushed on a gurney to a waiting ambulance.
However, the extent of his injuries remains unknown.
