79-Year-Old Woman Injured in Startling Pedestrian Crash on Salinas Avenue [Laredo, TX]

Injuries Reported in Laredo Pedestrian Accident on Salinas Avenue and Juarez Avenue

LAREDO, TX (October 29, 2024) – Monday, a 79-year-old woman suffered injuries in a startling pedestrian crash on Salinas Avenue.

The incident happened just before noon on Salinas Avenue and Juarez Avenue.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found the woman injured and being treated by EMS personnel. She was then transported to Laredo Medical Center in stable condition. 

Authorities temporarily closed the intersection of Salinas and Juarez Avenues as a precaution during the investigation.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
