SAN DIEGO, CA (May 21, 2023) – Saturday morning, a startling pedestrian crash on El Cajon Boulevard injures one person.

The incident happened at around 4:56 a.m. in the 6300 block of El Cajon Boulevard.

According to reports, an unidentified vehicle struck a pedestrian who was laying in the roadway for still unknown reasons. Then, the vehicle driver remained at the scene to assist the victim out of the roadway before leaving the scene.

Moreover, paramedics rushed the victim to a local hospital with serious injuries.
